The Tokyo Metropolitan Police has developed a Cyber Crime Division to take on the increasing threat of high-tech crime. One day, the video site YOUTUBE, a man wearing a bag over his head releases a video notice of crime that will be committed. The crime occurs and the pattern is repeated. And repeated; again and again. Now the TMPD must investigate this serious threat before like many things on the internet it is replicated and exploited.
